Tip for today is for the upcoming bakers💃💃💃💃

You have a new recipe that you want to try out and rather than using milk, the recipe says use "butter milk" and you have no idea how to make it...

Worry no more....use below instructions

You will need:

--Fresh Milk - 1 cup (room temperature)
--White vinegar - 1 table spoon OR 1 table spoon lemon juice.

1. Measure and pour milk in a jar
2. Add the white vinegar OR lemon juice
3. Gently stir
4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before use

Thats it... very simple 😁😁😁😁

Every Friday in September we will give you a few hacks that we use when baking or cooking....

Today is about how we dont like wasting food 😀😀😀😀....

We dont throw away old bread..we use it to make bread crumbs. 💃💃

Follow the steps below and refer to the pictures for guidance:

1. Cut the bread into smaller pieces (this helps to toast your bread faster).Toast your bread ensuring that both sides have a golden brown look. Wait for the pieces to cool completely before blending

2. Blend or pound the toasted bread pieces

3. Put the blended bread in a bowl

4. Add spices of choices (we love to add chicken, barbecue and chillie powder)

5. Mix well. If you prefer a finer texture blend again

Your final product should look like picture 6

You can use your bread crumbs to fry your chicken or fish. Very yummy 😋😋😋😋
