Who’s coming tomorrow at ?
I will have all those beauties ready to slice!

For the curious, here is what I’ve baked so far:

•carrot cake with lemon icing (gluten, dairy free)
•Almond orange cake (gluten, dairy free, with oranges from my tree 🌳 🍊) with orange, grapefruit, pistachios on top.
•Flourless bean cake,made with beans, local eggs, maple syrup and cacao. Topping is avocado frosting, my favourite (gluten, dairy, refined sugar free and high protein!)

I also made sticky dates, snickers date slice, and loads of cupcakes.

Jaffa dairy free cheesecake 🍫 🍊
I use organic soaked cashews, coconut milk, and a good quality or raw cacao and homegrown orange to make this beautiful cheesecake. The base is a crunchy one made of coconut, cacao and almond, a good contrast with the soft velvety texture of the cream. Topped with whipped coconut&chocolate mousse, homemade dark chocolate, saffron flowers and homemade chocolate cookie crumbs.

Love this combo 🌼

Gympie show weekend is here and it’s exciting!
Sunday is looking good, come at the duckpond market.
I will have assorted cupcakes,
Dairy free cheesecakes (those are made with coconut!), fresh baked cakes, cookies and brownies.
Everything is free from gluten and dairy, and apart from the icing on the cupcakes, they’re all refined sugar free (meaning I use a tiny bit of coconut sugar or maple syrup, and natural fructose).

It’s my last week before my flight, and orders have been filled up already.

I should have closed the orders last week as I’ve reach my goal, but you know what… I want to give you and extra day for those who’s still thinking about it. Today is the only day to confirm/ order the Easter box. Please look at my previous post for more details about flavours and cakes options.

Everything will be ready next week. Pick up will be available Wednesday/thursday/ Friday and Friday morning I will run the deliveries.

Don’t be afraid to ask for delivery as I do prefer this options 🌼

A very special mini cake~ crunchy almond&coconut base infused with raw cocoa and maple syrup. A layer of dark chocolate cream with a heart of raspberry chia jam. Dark chocolate drip with dried raspberry, vanilla swirls, fresh blackberries, puffed quinoa and dried flowers.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and today I woke up feeling inspired. For this special occasion, I’m going to create a beautiful box filled with delightful and healthy treats. 🌺

Included in the box:

• Red Velvet cupcake
• Strawberry cream cupcake
• Choc cherry brownie
• Caramel vanilla cupcake
• Dark chocolate bark
• Caramel slice
• Pink raspberry bliss balls

Rose petals will be scattered everywhere. 🌹

I’ll be posting a picture of the box soon, but in the meantime, I’d like to offer you the opportunity to preorder it.
The cost is $45, and delivery is free on Wednesday, February 14th, or pick up is available on Monday/Tuesday.

I’m back 🌼
And I miss creating so much!
Hope everyone had a lovely start of the year.
This week I was craving something fresh and healthy, and so I made:

•Mint chocolate cheesecake
•Berries cheesecake with homemade chia berry jam
•stuffed medjool date with salted peanut butter and dark choc
•Caramel slice
•Tart with chicolate base, homemade chia berry jam and white choc cream, blueberries and dried strawberry powder on top.

Everything is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Freezer friendly.

Price is $30

Pick up available any time, delivery is available for free in Gympie area only Friday morning.
