When I capture photos of people I try hard to not just take 'staged' photos but capture those moments before and after. Those little conversations or inside jokes that no one else will see. Those moments in time that are quickly forgotten when only the intended photo remains...

The belly laughs...
The cheeky smiles...
The moments of blocking your ears when your sister is talking to you but luckily not looking at you...
The little moments of loving interactions that only those in the photo truly know about...
The natural connections...

I love these moments just as much as the intended photos. These are only but a few of those photos captured at this party.
