Thanks to everyone who came to hear Nathan Sinclair's curated program of Spanish music featuring works by Manuel de Falla and Joaquin Rodrigo. Miguel Lobet's arrangements of Falla were featured, as was Falla's harpsichord concerto in a new arrangement. It was wonderful to have such top class musicians playing: Eliza Shephard (flute), Briana Leaman (oboe), Patrick Vaughan (clarinet), Richard Keuneman (violin) and Meredith Steele (cello), alongside Nathan Sinclair and Ken Murray (guitars).
Great audience!

Our second concert for 2024 features the wonderful guitarist Francesca Naibo from Italy. She will perform "So much time", her latest solo album released by Ramble Records on 27 March. This is a work about time: an impossible time that permits a dialogue between the child and the adult, a distant time of faded memories that emerge from memory, a time that flows with different speeds, a compressed and dilated time in our lives, a time that comes back in phases, a layered time of experiences and events.. The performance is made of composed pieces and free improvisations.
