Hi everyone and thank you for all your support! As some of you know I’m a couple of weeks off having a baby so I’m taking a break for a bit till after baby is born. I’ll let everyone know when I’m back and ready to make more delicious scones!

I’m overwhelmed with the orders and feed back I’ve received from customers and I want to thank you all!

A little background on myself…I’ve been a baker for 20+ years for Woolworths, I started baking the Monday after I finished my HSC! I had plans on working in the travel industry and completed all my certificates to do this…then 9/11 hit and I couldn’t get a job anywhere so I stayed on baking for some time. I then decided to try sales out and worked for Vodafone up in Newcastle and that was going well. Then a surprise I found out I was pregnant with my first (of 3) gorgeous kids! My second arrived just 18mnths after the first! I did some part time work and ended up back at woolies baking. Then number 3 came and I tried some other part time work after her. But again I ended up back at woolies baking and have now for the last 5 years! I love baking but now I love making ppl happy during these hard times so knowing my scones are adding a little joy to people during Covid times makes me even happier! Thanks for supporting a local ❤️
