Isn't it the hardest thing to do, getting in the bath!? A little like filling the car with fuel and going to the loo, if you ask me. Necessary, but so inconvenient. And yet, all of these things really make the biggest difference to our lives.āāāāāāāā

I did some research about having a bath and found there's an update on an old saying; A bath a day, keeps the doctor away.āāāāāāāā
And although I really like my local Dr, I do tell him every-time I visit, 'I hope I don't see you soon'. I did not know I could make that happen from having more baths!āāāāāāāā

Another very interesting find was that, in order to relax, Marilyn Monroe once bathed in bubbles. Thats interesting why? You ask. They were the Champagne kind of bubbles, 350 bottles of it so she could take advantage of the grapes' naturally occurring antioxidants of course. Icon much?āāāāāāāā

The third find was that you can greatly enhance your wellbeing by creating the perfect bath ritual. The key is to make it easy and luxurious. Set aside 20-30 minutes. Set the mood by lighting your favourite candle/s, diffuse your favourite essential oil, softly play music that makes you feel joy and then immerse in the warm and nurturing [Bath Soak enhanced- cough cough SOWHK] water.āāāāāāāā

Ah, now that sounds like Bliss. I'm going to fix one now, I just hope I have enough Posh Plonk Wine on hand.
Itās not bright and cheerful right now. But the flowers still are.
So that is what I will keep looking at.
