This wonderful, remarkable girl is ELEVEN today. From the moment she arrived, she has put her whole heart into everything she does. She feels DEEPLY, loves fiercely, and asks big questions. She is musical, has a vibrant imagination, and loves to create. She’s kind, strong, and incredibly funny.

Thinking a lot lately about what matters MOST in life. How do we set up our lives to nurture peace and time with those we love? This was a week that started with an apt reminder of how short life is and ended with some very big decisions. After months of unknowns and uncertainty, I’m so thankful for answers and direction. My word for the year was contentment - it hasn’t been easy finding it. I’ve cut a lot from life that was stealing my peace and I’m finally coming out on the other side. Here’s to choosing joy!

These photos are absolutely gorgeous.... I truly can’t even begin to describe how grateful I’m feeling right now. Sean and I are going to go through the whole album closely once I’m home but I can barely see through my tears right now. You managed to capture the emotion of the day so perfectly.
