Our last wedding of 2022 and of course the wedding was on the first wet snowy day of a fall day. But the beautiful atmosphere at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel made up for the weather outside.

A beautiful drive in the mountains and today we celebrated Leia & Carson’s wedding at Boundary Ranch in Kananaskis.
Jack & I had been a part of Carson’s sister’s wedding, a couple years ago (Dan & Elizabeth) - nice to feel part of the family.

Todays summer wedding had us meet some fantastic vendors at Tan & Matt’s ceremony.
A Candle lighting in honour of Matt’s parents and a bridal gown made by designer Shae Barry.
Violinist was Darcy Stamp from Uptown Strings and decor pkg was Rashi Helischauer of High Style Events.

If you can’t travel to a place like the Deep South of the U.S. then you need to check out The Norland Historic Estate in Lethbridge. This place is breathtaking inside & out from the massive grounds, large oak trees and the stunning ballroom.
We were pleased to help Lane & Brittany finally take their wedding vows after so much covid interference. Also one of our favourite DJ’s took care of the sound sysyem - thanks Anatoli Barbu!

Today was forecast for rain and the skies let us know that regardless of a wedding taking place it roared with thunder, downpours & then light drizzle & then down poured again.
However, in the end this beautiful couple got to say tbeir personal vows to each other (regardless of the pages sticking together).

Clint, the groom looked handsome in his Fire Department number one uniform.

Todays wedding luckily got moved inside to the beautiful Winston Golf Club as the weather turned nasty - first with rain & then snow.
Lara & Scott were awesome to work with and included several songs by some friends along with a tribute table of their parents who have passed away. They also included a hand fastening and for a little humour Lara had handcuffs that she held up before I helped tie their hands.
Wishing this beautiful couple many years of continued love & happiness.

A warm end of August days had us doing two weddings today and luckily out in bragg creek area & the other closer to Calgary.

The first wedding was held at Air BNB Cabin 66 near Bragg Creek. Such a beautiful setting for a small intimate setting.

Late Saturday afternoon wedding had us at the Southern Pioneer building along with a few rain drops but people didn’t mind.

Saturday had us at two weddings and being typical Calgary the weather was different for both.
Congratulations out to Matt & Brandy who had a small family ceremony set in the family backyard. Brandy paid tribute to her “papa” who is not in good health and praised him for raising her. This truly had everyone including her groom & papa in tears.
