Rosca de Reyes is a great Mexican tradition. This sweet bread is enjoyed in honor of Epiphany/ Three Kings Day which is also celebrated throughout Europe and Latin America. The Rosca de Reyes has an oval shape to symbolize a crown and is covered with candied fruits to symbolize the many jewels on a crown. Traditionally, there are small baby figurines that represent baby Jesus and the person who gets the slice with the figurine must host a party on Dia de la Candelaria in February.
