For the first year ever, Sage & Plate is releasing Chef Curated Gift Boxes 🌿

I (Chef Paige) have curated 6 boxes to hit the mark of atleast one person you love. These items are all sourced the way we source our food - as much local love as possible, and when the imports are just so high quality and so damn good - we invest in those items

Im so proud and excited about all of these!!! I hope you are too!

KAMLOOPS — our winter books are officially closed! You have made us hit absolute max capac! ❤️‍🔥

From here on out - we are ONLY taking orders for holiday meal kits, with pick ups on Sunday Dec 22nd between 12-8!
We’ve done this program for 3 years now and we love helping you all with an easy and delicious meal during the holidays. If you need pick up outside of that time or day, email us and let us know :)

It’s me and my partners wedding reception weekend which means The Plates Team is out of office until Tuesday!

We made the decision to not run our Thanksgiving meal kits this year sadly with so much going on, but know next week our Fall/Winter menu launches and our Holiday meal kits willl be bomb!

For those who ask : yes, we eloped in stunning Yosemite & shared our beautiful vows to eachother & had the most perfect trip 🤍 now we are doing our reception to eat, drink, dance & mess around with so many people we love! And we cannot WAIT

Everytime I look at our photos from - I get to relive this day 🥹 expect to see more content of our reception on a screen near you 😝

Also Yosemite NP has a wicked pizza place & we had to bring our puppy Sender in polymer form heheh

Kamloooooooops! Y’all are the 🐐

Literally could NOT have gotten here without an army of support. I’ve been humming and hawing on what to write and without getting too silly or sentimental or off book - all I have to say is this has been our most successful year AND simultaneously our most trying.

We have so many thanks to give to our one and only .chilman who has been giving this business her love, hard work, dedication & on the flip side, her friendship, her laugher & part of her kiwi heart & truly this business wouldn’t be where it is today because of her.

Thank you to our clients - our repeat, our new, our friends, our foes & everything in between. Not every event has been a knock out of the park - but dammit, do we grow

To the Plates Team - my *husband*, my dad, our bakers, our preps, our creatives, our front of house - with out you all, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish what we do on a day to day & I cannot be more grateful to have you here. Thank you

These 2 amazing people had a BEAUTIFUL day at .ridge.ranch & they’ll 𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣 it forever 🤍

Such an honor to be a small but mighty part of their rehearsal day, where so many people came together to get the venue set up with them // the day of with a midday ceremony, followed by the best dances I’ve ever seen at a wedding, terrific people & a delicious dinner that had people come up for 2nds, 3rds…. 4ths? 😛, & probably our best gluten free cookie to date // post day (yet to come) where we supplied the hangover goods hahah!

I do make friends out of some of my couples & this was one for sure 🌿

If there is no struggle, there is no progress 🌿 That slapped me, right in my face because this year was struggle city, my friends Loss, grief, betrayal, failures, accidents, mistakes, anger, sadness, depression - all of that happening in and out of the business But on the complete parallel, we have so many success stories Friendship, healthy boundaries, new experiences, pop up dinners, markets, new events, honing in new systems, growing staff, releasing menus Im super proud of, laughing so hard my cheeks hurt, collaborating, loving & loving HARD - again, all in and out of the business As this year is creeping to its end - I have to recognize both 🌿 Cheers to a year of growth - in all capacities #chef #smallbusiness #kamloops
