Time to share a little throwback to this beautiful, sun-kissed moment!

Some of you might remember when we shared Matt & Crystal’s vow renewal from last May in Hawaii. Not only was this a beautiful 15th anniversary gift to Crystal, but Matt flew the team out to Oahu to photograph & film their special moment.
This is a testament to the trust we have in each other as creatives. We want nothing but the best, for our clients and each other.
Our team and their partners had a blast exploring paradise and being a part of capturing this precious milestone for these two. It was the adventure of a lifetime filled with laughter, happy tears and unforgettable memories for all of us.

As our team winds down following another whirlwind wedding season, we like to spend this part of the year tying up loose ends around the studio and wrapping any remaining projects before a much needed break with our families for the holidays.
We’re fortunate to have this luxury, allowing us to return in the new year feeling refreshed and inspired to dive into the passion projects we’ve been dreaming about. Hi everyone! My name is Melissa and I thought I would introduce myself for those of you who don’t know me yet.
Some of you might follow my page which is mainly a collection of my favourite snaps from projects I’ve photographed with MJ&Co. and our sister company

A little about me: I have been a full-time photographer/production manager with MJ&Co. for nearly 3 years. Before that, I freelanced for about 12 years (photographing weddings and newborns) while also working as a hairstylist. Once I made the jump to photography exclusively, I haven’t looked back.
Matt and I are MJ&Co.’s lead photographers, so we each have our own teams that we photograph and film weddings with. (This allows MJ&Co. to shoot two events in a day.)
Every once in a while our teams join forces. I sometimes tag along with Matt & Crystal, or they might join my team for an event, (and do we ever have a time!) but for the most part, we shoot our own projects.

Pictured here, I’m in my element, nearing the end of a wedding day, sweaty, probably dehydrated😅 and still loving every second.
Photographing families and people in love while creating art is my passion. It’s a privilege to meet incredible people every day and be a part of those moments in their lives.
