Jollof lunch packs with chicken legs

Have troubles preparing peppered soft chicken? Here are tips for you:
1. Never boil soft chicken.
2. Season lightly and either bake, grill or fry. Grilling is best.
3. Fry your pepper base till it’s very thick. Season to taste.
4. Add soft chicken to fried pepper base and simmer for 3 minutes. If you exceed that, you may end up with scatter scatter chicken. I’m sure you don’t want that 🤣🤣🤣.
