For my first post in awhile, I wanted to dedicate it to a dear friend and extraordinary Woman.
Every Chef out there knows that having the best help/ staff is crucial to his success.
A exquisite Chef and former restaurant owner herself, Azeline has been my rock for the most part of my cooking journey, I don’t know how I would have done it without her.
Unfortunately all good things come to an end, cause she’s moving back to Reunion Island to be with her loved ones.
As sad as I am, I’m forever grateful for her.

Last night I cooked a romantic dinner on the beach for this gorgeous couple right here.
The wind was wild and crazy and absolutely not in my favor as things were flying everywhere, I was so scared to ruin my clients nights.
Not only I managed to pull out a delicious meal , but I also witnessed my first proposal and SHE SAID YES!!!!!!!!!
Turned out the night was perfect,
I never loved my Job so much
