Pogorausch-Festival 2024 - Update!

Unfortunately, it's like that sometimes. Bishops Green have had to cancel all of their shows for 2024 due to health reasons and Anti-Heros are no longer there either. But I think we've found good replacements.
New in the lineup:

Lion's Law
Without a doubt Oi! won't die. And while the city of lights, Paris, sees its daily life every day with more darkness, LION'S LAW emerge from their emptiness to face reality with the best European Streetpunk of recent years. Hymns without mercy on life, streets, history, music and endless adventures; the band is undoubtedly at its best, being one of the international referents of the Oi scene! world.

The Oppressed...are a Welsh Oi! band that formed in 1981 in Cardiff, Wales. Most of the musicians in the band's various lineups have been skinheads. Throughout the band's career, the members (especially vocalist Roddy Moreno) openly expressed opposition to racism and fascism — in their lyrics,interviews, on-stage comments and other actions. In 1989, Moreno visited New York City and met a few members of Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice (SHARP). On his return to the United Kingdom, he started promoting SHARP ideals to British skinheads. The band has also had ties to other anti-racist groups, such as Anti-Fascist Action. Moreno is a Cardiff City F.C. supporter, and some of the band's songs express that support.

The "Early Bird 1" - Tickets are almost sold out.
Now it's time to announce bands.

We will introduce a band again and again in the coming days and weeks.

Oi! Meets Hardcore Stomp from Houston/Texas
Liberty & Justice is a Houston-based hardcore band that formed back in 2015, but we'll let vocalist Ryan Taylor tell you that story. "I own a barber shop (East End Barber) that Johnny [Rioux] and I cut out of, and he had some downtime between Street Dogs tours and after work one night he and I were talking about getting a project going. "At the same time Rhys [Williams], who plays in Roger Miret & the Disasters, was looking to get something going as well. I was doing Thug Boots and Black Coffee (who was on the outs), and the idea was doing a more '90s melodic street punk style band.
I always loved that TKO Records-style growing up and me being all about overcommitting I was on board (since then both bands have broken up). "Johnny enlisted Donnie who had played for Fenix TX to drum and we started writing and practicing. As songs started coming out it was clear what our backgrounds were — we had a few straight up NYHC-style songs, a couple stripped down Oi! jammers, and the rest were melodic street punk anthems." As Liberty & Justice started finding its footing, Johnny left the fold due to Street Dogs getting busy again. "Johnny was replaced by Edwin on bass, the filipino Matt Freeman, with Johnny occasionally filling in and taking care of the producing end of things for us in the studio," Ryan says. "Donnie got slammed with work and was replaced with David, who was then replaced by our current drummer, Cory, who also plays in Killer Hearts.

25 days to go until Pogorausch is back on the map - as you all know for the first time at Chemiefabrik Dresden! Bad news first, unfortunately BONECRUSHER had to cancel their performance. Earlier this year the drummer of the band passed away due sickness. The band tried hard to find a replacement but without success. Everyone who has seen BONECRUSHER in the past knows: they always deliver, so they decided to pull out instead of not giving a 100% BONECRUSHER show, especially in Dresden, which is the city the band calls their 2nd home. We're sorry and hope you understand.

We discussed alternatives or replacements. Facts straight: It's hard to find an replacement for BONECRUSHER, and especially with the raising prices for flights and transport, it's nearly impossible. We hope you stil like the line up as we do. We'll give a new and uprising band from Munich the opportunity to play our stage, welcome to Pogorausch:
