In this tutorial, we show you how to fix your leaking ball without spending a dime. The ball will be good to deliver countless more aces and spikes on the beach.💡
Watch till the end for a step-by-step guide on how to use a pump needle, valve oil, rubber band, and a pair of scissors✂️ to fix your favorite ball.
Remember to always use valve oil and avoid saliva when you pump the ball. This will ensure a long-lasting non-leaking rubber valve.

🏐🌊 BLOCKING SIGNALS 🌊🏐
If you want to improve your block defense skills, you need to learn how to read and execute blocking signals. Here are three of the most common signals or signs you should know:
1️⃣ LINE BLOCK: When the blocker signals a "line" block, it means the blocker plans to block the opponent’s hard-line attack.
2️⃣ CROSS: If the blocker signals a "cross-court" block, it means the blocker plans to block an opponent’s hard “angle” attack
3️⃣ BLOCK PEEL: When the blocker signals a "block peel," it means the blocker plans to peel off the net and defend in the sand.
Remember, communication with your partner is essential. Work on these block signals to win more games!

Talk about a nail-biter! 🤯🏐 Our beach volleyball coaches put on an intense show match today, and it was a battle until the very end. 🏖️🔥 The energy was electric as both teams fought for every point, but ultimately the Serbian guys came out on top with a 2-1 victory. 🇷🇸 But we have to give a huge shoutout to Tobias and Chris for putting up such a tough fight. 🇸🇪🇺🇸 Can't wait for the next match!
Fridays be Sunsational. Starting with morning training with our favorite coaches, followed by the traditional Sangria Swim, to baptise our beautiful week together. To top it off we could crown Queen 👸 Lisa and King 🤴 Jan in the Ruler of the Beach 🥇👑. Beach volleyball is awesome 😍
