Balloon Care
1. All our balloons are made 24 to 48 hrs in advance to quality check them for flaws, leaks or issues so that your balloons are as they should be.
2. When your balloons leave our hands there are a few things to remember and consider
3. Balloons are balloons and sometimes pop, we are not responsible for recreating them for free.
4. Factors such as climate, change of temperature, heat, cold can all affect them. Please try to keep your balloons in a stable environment. it's not advisable to keep them in a cold garage, hot car etc. if it's too hot they expand and can burst, if it's cold they can shrink and vinyls shrink.
5. Be careful that your balloons do not hit sharp corners, edges, do not bash or knock your balloons, they will burst.
6. To secure your date a non-refundable deposit of 50% or an agreed amount is taken for balloons, flowers, prop hire and event bookings. The balance will be due 7 to 14 days before your event or booking.
7. Props, stands, equipment hired must be returned undamaged or any deposits will not be returned. For events entry to the venue must be at least 2.5 to 3 hours before the start of your event if not longer and collection will be as agreed. If any props equipment is damaged you will be invoiced for the cost of the items or a refundable deposit will be taken.
8. Balloons should not be released into the sky, atmosphere as if they burst, the latex, plastic will land in fields etc and could be eaten by wildlife sheep, cows which can kill them. Dispose of balloons in the correct manner, think of the environment.
9. Helium should not be inhaled under any circumstances.
10. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile if location is not within Alloa for all deliveries, setups and collection.
11. Flowers, buttonholes, corsages are non returnable.
