A lovely day reshuffling my stock in in Chalfont St Giles! So lovely to be part of a "real life" shop with actual people and have the opportunity to chat to the other makers and customers.

The light was so good I also managed to get some pictures of the lovely stuff I've put in! There's stuff to take away ready made or you can order anything personalised and collect for free from Galleria 😃

I put up some pretty bunting in the windows so passers by know they can get their teacher gifts in store... with only a few weeks left of term have you sorted yours yet?

Hey there, I’ve not shown my face for a while so thought I’d just introduce myself in case you’re new here…

I’m Rachel, and I set up my little business nearly 9 years ago now. I have a hubby and 2 girls aged 12 and 9. I was made redundant the week before my second baby was born and I took that opportunity to build something that was entirely mine. It’s never easy to run your own business - it’s a whilwhind of a rollercoaster at the best of times, but I feel so grateful and proud of what I’ve achieved already.

After the crazy busy festive season January has been a lovely time to reassess and design new items, tweak photography, look at how I do things and what can be improved. Some of the newness is already listed but there’s so much still to come!

Hello 👋🏻
Back to work for me today after the most blissful half term. I turned 40 in the middle of the month and the whole of October has just been mostly celebrating 🥳

Finished off in style with a week in South Beach Miami with the hubby whilst the kids enjoyed some Spanish sun with the grandparents.

The most incredible week which included sunrises, margaritas, Mexican food, rooftop terraces, footsteps in the sand, avoiding jellyfish 🪼 playing rummy and exploring a beautiful place in the sunshine.

Back to it today with jumpers and a stack of tissues as I’ve got covid, but hopefully I’m past the worst and can crack on as boy it’s been busy whilst I’ve been gone!

It’s been a long time since I sent international mail but here I am again!

I had a customer over in the US 🇺🇸 who was desperate to order kid’s dinner sets… but I closed to international at the beginning of covid and due to customs delays and brexit and packaging licenses I just never had any incentive to reopen. But I don’t like to disappoint so here’s my first international shipment since March 16th 2020. Mental how the time has flown, I hope to see more of these in the coming weeks and months.

So I am open to US orders now, and hopefully Australia/NZ will come soon too. Europe is unlikely because of the cr*p that is packaging licensing but we’ll see where we go…. Please look after it 🙏🏻

Good morning, it’s my first full week of work since mid December so I thought I’d start by saying Hi if you’re new here, or if you’ve joined me since the start of silly season when I just don’t get the time to come on here!

There’s so much new going on, I can’t wait to share it all with you. I was just scrolling through my photos to find something to share with you and unusually for me it’s all full of family and laughter and fun rather than the product pictures that usually clog up my photo stream… I think that perfectly sums up my Christmas and New year break, so I have no choice other than to share my mug on here, so hello, this is me!

I hope you all had an equally lovely festive time, what did you enjoy most? I loved welcoming 3 little furry additions to our house, and the smiles and laughter that come with them. 💕

TGIF! Today I shipped 6 huge sacks and dropped them at the local delivery office ready to start their journeys to their forever homes!

have updated the last posting dates and these have come forward significantly. The post is already very very slow due to the strikes so please upgrade to first class if you need it for Christmas. I hate the thought of anyone being disappointed by things not arriving on time but it’s entirely out of my control.

Wow, what a week!

Thank you so much for all of your orders, I know I’m quiet, even more than usual this time of year… social media is not my comfortable place at the best of times, but orders will always take priority and I’m always desperate to get everything out as early as possible so nothing gets delayed in the post!

Morning! How are you all? As if it’s Thursday already!!

It’s been a busy week, few weeks if I’m honest, I’m trying to squeeze in some designing before silly season begins and I don’t know which way is up….

These were a custom order that went out yesterday, something I’d wanted to work on for ages but didn’t get the time - there’s a couple more in the pipeline too, so keep an eye on my stories because I’ll want some testers 😉

Off to meet a friend and have a walk and coffee, then it’ll be time to get stuck in.

Thank you for your continued support and your patience whilst I take some time off with my family. If you’re waiting for a response from me it will come soon I promise!

This morning I turned my shop off vacation mode and an order came through in less than 5 minutes, which was such a lovely boost after being closed for so long! We’re just enjoying the last couple of days as a family before reality comes and we get sucked back into school and work routines

It’s always a worry how long it will take to recover from taking a break, so thank you! I will be back in the studio on Monday (jet lag permitting)
