Due to lots of wonderful nomadic catering adventures I’ve been a bit rubbish about distributing the June Mid-Week Bake menu. I’ll pop the July Menu out in the coming days, but for those asking, our asparagus dishes from the May Menu have been replaced with a celebration of local broad beans, peas & courgettes:

Local broad beans, peas, pea shoots & watercress with torn mozzarella & toasted sourdough croutons in a lemon & agave dressing (GF Croutons also available)
