Hanging flower pots was a new one, designed especially for crafty birthday girl Lucy! It’s safe to say, it was a massive hit- check out their faces! 🤩

What a fantastic night at the soft opening of ‘s new venue, !
New menu: Tacos 🌮 and Smash Patty burgers 🍔… literally off the scale as always 🤤👌🏼(so good we forgot to take more pics 🙈… empty plates aren’t that exciting!) Highly recommend, go and see for yourself 😉!

RETAIL ASSISTANT

We have a great opportunity for someone aged between 16-24 to join our team via the government gateway scheme.
To qualify for this vacancy applicants must be in receipt of universal credits and between 16-24 years of age.
The position is for 25 hours per week on a 6 month contract, full training will be given.
At Boss Birds Parlour our retail assistants have the important role of helping our customers have a great shopping experience when they visit us in store.
We pride ourselves in providing an excellent standard of customer service and therefore are looking for a retail assistant to join our team who is an enthusiastic, friendly individual that is able to greet our customers with a friendly welcome and serve them with a smile.
You will be required to serve customers, help them find what they are looking for, deal with any enquiries and process sales transactions.
When you’re not looking after our customers you will be kept busy processing any online orders, keeping the shop looking neat, tidy, fully stocked & well maintained.

It’s world literacy day today!
I struggle terribly with spelling and although I know what I want to say, writing it takes me ages 🙈!
As a former teacher, I used to see loads of kids who struggled with reading and writing, the majority of these kids excelling in Art! Art and creativity- communicating more easily through drawing and painting 🙌🏼🙌🏼! Just one reason why Art is so incredible for young peoples, mental health and well-being 🥰!

Those of you who own your own small business know the continuous graft it takes 😰, but also the pleasure and the self satisfaction it creates! Looking at my little stall at the weekend made me realise how much I’ve progressed since taking the plunge last January, I’m actually quite chuffed with myself ☺️!
