Just wow! We hopping mad over here 😅

We inflate all balloons two days prior to collection/delivery to check for any defects, if any this shall be corrected before leaving us, any issues after, during transportation or in your own home unfortunately we can't take responsibility

Balloons are very fragile and must be handled with care, we do advice no excessive temperatures hot or cold, no leaving items by radiators, in direct sunlight or in the car for long periods of time/overnight and keep away from any sharp objects
