The Bois are back at rehearsal after our well-earned summer break, just in time for a busy September. If you are someone who loves to sing, has always wanted to join a choir, or wants to make friends with a great group of people; come and join us at rehearsal! We practice every Sunday and Tuesday evening from 7pm - 8.30pm at Tondu Cricket Club 🏏

Bois Goetre-Hen Male Choir (Bridgend, South Wales) – Autumn 2025 Weekend Tour

We are a group of around 30 - 35 members (probably 24-28 touring choristers plus partners). We are this year (2024) celebrating our 15th Anniversary being established in 2009.

Having already arranged an overseas tour to Southern Germany (Bavaria) & Belgium in the Spring of 2025 to celebrate this milestone we are interested in arranging a UK based Weekend Tour to accommodate those choristers who were unable to travel overseas.

We would hope to arrive in the tour area by Friday lunchtime and depart on Sunday afternoon. Weekends in October and November 2025 are preferable.

Could this be you and your choir?

Ideally, we would be looking at an area of no more than a 2½ hour coach journey from Bridgend, South Wales with an opportunity to do some singing in a joint concert.

We are very keen to hear from you if you think you would be interested in hosting a concert in your area or pointing us in the right direction for other opportunities.

It goes without saying that we would also be keen to reciprocate if that’s of interest too.

What a privilege it was to be asked to sing at the Llangynwyd Middle Community Council event where a beacon was lit to pay tribute to all who were involved on D-Day 80 years ago.
