WORKFLOW MAPPING MEETING
A 90-minute deep dive to identify your client journey, mapping out the processes and all the content required to get the system set up to meet the needs of your business. An outline of the processes we discussed plus an implementation checklist will be provided to help you prepare everything we’ll need to get your system up and running.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once I've received all of the necessary information from you, I will build out your Dubsado system including branding, templates, canned emails, forms, schedulers and building your workflows. This includes testing your workflows/automation.
HAND-OVER & SUPPORT
We will have a hand-over, a recorded video call, to provide training on the system so you can feel confident using Dubsado going forward. 30-days of slack communication. will be included following hand-over.

This package usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on you providing the required information following our Workflow Mapping Meeting.
