I wasn’t going to do a post on this but all of my staff said I need to - so here we go!

Today, I celebrate 20 YEARS SERVICE at the barn 🎉 and what a fabulous 20 years it has been. I’ve been lucky enough to have attended over 1,200 weddings with my wonderful team alongside me and yet I can safely say no two weddings have been the same. I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming back many Brides and Grooms for a coffee and catch up whilst we reminisce about their special day. I’ve seen it all, from Celebrity Guests popping up at the bar, to the real Hedwig the Owl flying down the aisle!

I started up this page 10 years ago and have loved sharing with you all the ‘behind the scenes’, tips and tricks, advice and ‘what not to do’ 🤣 I get such fantastic feedback from the page which I put a lot of time into so thank you all for following along on our journey.

I pride myself on taking the vision you have for your special day and bringing it to life and walking alongside you every step of the way. My couples will know me inside out by the time their day arrives - I’m well known for letting the bride in at 7am in my pyjamas! 🤣 I will help you with button holes and lacing up your dress, passing you a tissue (I’ll probably be crying too!) and even guide you with cutting the cake. No task is too big or too small.

When Covid hit in 2020 I was forced to stop everything I knew and loved and with no guidance from the government I was left to blindly reassure hundreds of couples that we will come to a solution to make their magical day happen - even if it meant postponing sometimes more than once. I could have given up, but in true Debbie style I wouldn’t let this defeat me and instead I proudly stood up for Brides and Grooms across the country and went on National TV to tell them exactly what I thought. To me, working at the barn isn’t just a job. It is my passion and what I was born to do.

I have worked with many amazing suppliers over the years who I hope to continue to work with for many years to come…

Over the years my fabulous loyal team and I have achieved more than I could have imagined, winning awards such as the Wedding Industry Awards and Bridebook Awards which I am very proud of! 🏆

But without a doubt my biggest wedding achievement of them all was marrying my wonderful husband Mr Marshall back in 2021, and where else could we have tied the knot but at my beloved barn!

With a designated wedding co-ordinator, seating for up to 140 guests for the Wedding Breakfast, and a host of recommended suppliers, The Tudor Barn can make your dream day come true.
