Team canapés.

As you may have guessed, we have a strong appreciation for canapés.

Our aim is for guests to feel comfortable and fully enjoy the occasion without anxiously waiting for your wedding breakfast to be served.

It is highly probable that guests have spent the morning preparing to look their finest for your special day, leaving little time for a substantial meal beforehand.

An empty stomach paired with celebratory champagne is not an ideal situation; therefore, we always recommend that our couples provide a selection of canapés.

They may be small, but always greatly appreciated by all!

Weddings and events do not need to be formal to be effective.

We take pleasure in a relaxed atmosphere just as much as any other event and relish a barbecue regardless of the weather conditions. Although we hope for a few more weeks of sunshine to avoid our marvellous staff getting soggy socks!

Our client requested a modification of our goats cheese and red grape canapé to serve as a starter at their beautiful, intimate wedding.

We crafted a goats cheese and sourdough crostini, garnished with roasted peppers, red grapes, and a hint of orange zest, and the flavours complimented beautifully.

At Rutherford and Buck, we do not adhere to fixed menus; instead, we collaborate to create a personalised dining experience.

Corporate breakfast.

A selection of bagels, all butter croissants, jams, fresh mixed berries, orange juice, and homemade lemonade was requested for the staff at 'The Woodland Group'.

We received glowing feedback and it was well-received by all the employees.
