It was the last Roast in April. Heather is hanging up her toaster and we're saying goodbye to Things on Toast.
So come along next Sunday for Buffet. BYOB.
But it's not all gloom as Heather's involvement with RailTrax will continue. She's going be involved in an exciting new project with RailTrax at Railway Gardens from next month.

Roxy Bowie Dj night part 2.

Playing the tunes from the 70's which were played at the legendary Pips in Manchester and The Lode Star in Ribchester where I went to socialise, pose and groove.

Art School dance band music at it's height: Roxy and Bowie of course, but also Deaf School, Ultravox, Bebop Delux. Also the New york connection: Velvets, Iggy, Television, Bondie, Talking Heads.

As it says on the plaque, ' Original birthplace of alternative clubbing culture'.
