Bank holiday weekend coming up and our carvery makes a guest appearence for your enjoyment .

Alongside the Sunday carvery we will also have Sunday menu operating to cater to those guests who might not fancy a Sunday roast . The stars of the carvery this weekend will be Roast beef and Roast pork along with all the accompaniments .

Introducing new menus for your enjoyment . We have revamped our menus to reflect more choice and variety . So what ever you are craving for - light lunch , a great burger of a pasta or perhaps it’s something more substantial it’s all covered .

We have had great feedback from our guests about the new menu . Come in try and let us know what you think .

Our fabulous afternoon teas served in vintage china are a smorgasbord of little delights on a platter . All homemade from scratch :

Dinner:

New menu on offer with plenty of choice. Open for service 1700 hrs - 2000 hrs all days of the week

Sunday lunch :

Our carvery may be resting until early October but that does not mean we are not serving a great roast every Sunday . Our carvery will make appearance here and there through the summer and we will keep you informed .

Kids menu :

The little ones are most welcome and we love having them over . We have a great menu available for them to choose from .

Beer garden :

When the sun shines there is no better place than this to relax and dine . We have plenty of picnic tables and if a great pergola outside for you to sit under . All menus can be served outside .

Afternoon friends


It’s finally here Our Indian street food and BBQ evening is on this Saturday . Thank you to all the guests who have booked with us so far . We are looking forward to welcoming you to the final filled evening .

Afternoon all

We hope you had a great weekend . Coming up this weekend on Saturday the 22nd June our india street food and BBQ is evening with live music by Katie Mac - Vocalist is rolling on .

We have been featuring the dishes you will sample over the last week . Today we present another star this time from the south of the country Beef dry fry is a staple on the streets of Cochin on the southern state of kerela . The dish features beef that has been cooked with mustard , curry leaves and various spices . It’s marvellous!!!

Day 2 another one of the attractions on the Indian street food and BBQ evening on the 22nd June .

This dish is called Murgh Malia Kebab . Hailing from the most populous states of India and the land of Nawabs ( kings )this dish features boneless pieces of chicken marinated in yogurt , cream , cardamom , cheese and garam masala and then cooked . These are soft and melt in your mouth morsels of food .

Due to the popularity and on going requests for Sunday carvery we have decided to carry on serving the carvery every Sunday. We will assess the demand as summer progresses and replace the offering if required for the summer months.

Morning all

We hope you are all set for the bank holiday weekend . We are open all over the weekend for food & drink.

This Sunday is our last carvery Sunday before we switch to our Sunday menu for the duration of summer . We will resume the carvery end of September and carry on as usual for the autumn and winter months . Our delicious Sinday roast will be available along side a varied menu every Sunday . Please look out for BBQ’s and other events which will be held in the grounds over the summer .
