Well what to say about yesterdays event 🤔 it didn’t start well with yet another flat tyre!!!!!! but our very own super hero came to our rescue lightfoots garage thanks so much dave you are a bloody legend. Next thing to go wrong Rachel Stubbs pulled her back out in a bad way so next super hero to our rescue Mark Donaghyto help set us up in burton, thanks mate yet another legend. Then that rain, thunder, and lightning!!!!! Don’t think we have ever worked in such conditions but with the thanks to our amazing team Diane Michelle Fenton & Aileen we beat all the odds and still produced some fantastic food and the feedback we had from the guests were some of our best. (Sorry no food photos due to the weather!!!!) 🔥& 🐷

What a fab event last night for Ian’s 50th!!!!! Can’t tell you how much Tim loves cooking on coal… we were told by a few clients that they were the best burgers they had ever had!!!!!
