Mine and Ellie's first phone call was hilarious, and I was really pleased she chose me as her wedding florist ❣️. She was also definitely my kind of bride, "as long as it looks nice, I don't care what goes in my bouquet"!
Her bouquet was, really lovely, predominantly locally grown flowers, it was delicate, so pretty and smelt gorgeous x

Another really gorgeous wedding to share with you this week. E&J were married at Bolsover Church and had a marvellous reception in a marquee near by. Such a lovely couple and wonderful families who had all pitched in to make Thier day extra special 🥰.

Sorry I've not been very active on here of late, I've been so busy with weddings, I've just not had the time.

Here are some more shots from the 1940's wedding shoot I took part in. The fashion back then was for oversized shower bouquets, made with whatever they could get their hands on. I made a much smaller bouquet, to fit the 2024 trend. All the flowers were from my cutting patch or sourced locally.

Ending the weekend on a high. I had the pleasure of being involved in the most magical wedding in Eyam. Cracking day with the ladies at Bakewell carnival, and a lovely relax in the garden today. Perfect ❤️

It's nearly peony time, and this one called 'coral charm's is my favorite. A warm, bright cheerful colour which changes, and gets paler as it ages. Beautiful.

Had the most fabulous day with my mate ❤️. Shell and I have been friends for years, and have had some amazing times in our mispent youth 🙈.
30 years on and our friendship has blossomed again due to our shared passion for flowers and the love of our gardens.
We've had a trip to the garden center today, spent far too much money with massive smiles on our faces 😊.
