Our qualified, friendly and experienced instructors will ensure you are safe as well as having fun while taking part in our adventure activities. Although we are based primarily on the River Wye and River Severn we also have other great locations throughout the UK including the Pembrokeshire coastline for Sea Kayaking and a Staycation Expedition on the River Spey in Scotland. We have a REC First Aid course running the weekend of 26th and 27TH FEBRUARY 2022.

Fee is Β£150

This First Aid Course will be ran in the Forest of Dean Gloucestershire.

Times for both days are 0900-1730 and this course will definitely be going ahead.

If you love being outdoors or leading people in the outdoor environment the REC First Aid Course is designed to cover situations that could happen in the outdoor environment so this is a great course for you to join.
