We are currently seeking new advertisers for our Music in Dumfries 2024/2025 Brochure. We host six/seven chamber music concert from September 2024 to April 2025. This year we are creating a 20-page brochure with information for the full programme of concerts. 2,500 copies of the brochure will be printed and be available throughout Dumfries and Galloway in numerous public spaces as well as being distributed to existing members of Music in Dumfries.

We also have a large social media presence and, in the months leading up to each concert programme, your advertisement will be featured (at no extra cost). The brochure, complete with advertisements will also be visible on the Music in Dumfries website.

The Gatehouse Music Society and Music in Dumfries are delighted to welcome to Castle Douglas Town Hall, The Colin Currie Quartet on the 27th April at 7:30pm. As some of the world's leading solo , symphonic and chamber percussionists, each player brings a different and insightful slant to the art of chamber percussion performance. It is a truly excellent opportunity for us all and I do hope you will join us. Colin has shared with us the programme details.

Also, the Quartet are doing a masterclass for 7-18 years olds - No charge at 3:00pm to 4:00PM.
