Well…… we’ve got news here at Valley Buffets HQ! We got married!!! 💍💖 So we’ve had some time off and a much needed break in the sun with family and friends.

We are now fully recharged and ready to provide you, our wonderful customers with all your catering needs.

There’s some new canapés on the block here at Valley Buffets!

Mini hotdog with homemade sausage, Stokes ketchup and American mustard.

Black charcoal bagel with Scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese, fresh cucumber and dill.

Sourdough bagel with pastrami, cornichon, homemade piccalilli and American cheese.

Mini plain scone with local strawberry jam and clotted cream.

Small but perfectly formed and absolutely bursting with flavour!

We were absolutely delighted to work with Cocktails and Canapes again yesterday. Their amazing cocktails and our canapé’s are a marriage made in heaven.

At the customers request all of our canapés were gluten free.

We were absolutely delighted to be invited again to cater for The Thornden School Prom at Wi******er Guildhall this year.

We wish the class of 2024 every happiness and success in their future endeavours.

It was such a pleasure to work with Becky and the security team at the Wi******er Guildhall and the team with Wi******er Bar Services. We’d also like to give a shout out to Krispy Kreme UK your product, service and delivery was outstanding.

Finally, thank you to Thornden School for keeping it local and using our small business again. It was a pleasure to see some familiar faces, and an added bonus to see our own Son celebrating his prom and time at Thornden with his friends.

BBQ season has finally arrived here at Valley Buffets! Our first one of the year was provided for the lovely Swan Netball Club last night for their senior presentation evening. Well done to all the award winners!

We love a canapé here at Valley Buffets so when the lovely team at Cocktails & Canapes asked us to work with them, we jumped at the chance.

Todays canapés were ~ Pork & Paprika sausage rolls with blackened sesame seeds, ciabatta toasts with olive tapenade prosciutto and Cornichon, wild mushroom crostini’s with fresh tarragon, scottish smoked salmon balls on salted cucumber with fresh dill, ham hock with piccalilli purée and scratching crumb and stuffed medjool dates with pecans.

Good luck to the team at Cocktails & canapés with todays launch and we look forward to working with you again very soon!

Treat your Mum, Nan, Aunty, like a Mum to me or Mum to be this Mother’s Day with one of our individually boxed afternoon teas.

Our delicious homemade teas include two sandwich choices with homemade filling, homemade quiche and sausage roll with hand cooked crisps, homemade fruit scone with tiptree jam, clotted cream and fresh strawberries and two homemade cakes. There is also a choice of Duchys tea or Taylor’s of Harrogate coffee.

£18.50 per box with delivery or £16.50 for collection.

Available for delivery on the day to Chandlers Ford or Eastleigh only. Collection also available from our Kitchen in Chandlers Ford.

Happy New Year to all our customers from everyone here at Valley Buffets. We wish you all a happy and healthy 2024.

After a much needed break over the Christmas period we are back in full swing and ready to take on all your catering requirements.

We cater for all occasions and have many weddings, christenings and birthdays booked in the 2024 diary. There is still good availability however the months of April, May and July are booking up fast!

With a very late change in menu due to the venues oven being condemened, Valley Buffets adapted and still provided a fabulous lunch for 100 people.

Home cooked Turkey, Ham and topside beef with Mediterranean vegetable tarts. Artisan bread rolls with gluten free options. Homemade salads including potato & chive, coleslaw, tomato & fresh basil pasta and beef tomato with mozzarella.

With coffee, tea and homemade cakes to finish with.

The Valley Buffets team would like to congratulate Joanne & Jeremy on 35 years of marriage. We hope you, your family and friends have had a lovely day celebrating.

Finally, a massive thank you to Smiths Butchers and Oven Door Bakery Eastleigh for supplying us with excellent meat as always and at short notice.

Today the Valley Buffets team provided a BBQ and dessert graze for a christening.

The BBQ was accompanied by fresh homemade salads, breads and sauces. We also put together one of our favourites, a dessert graze board with plenty of sweeties for the children!

The team hope that Theo, Toby and their family had a wonderful day together celebrating.

We’d also like to thank Fleming Park Bowling Club Function Room for your wonderful hospitality as always, and Hampshire High Life for the cracking balloon displays.

Due to a large cancellation this weekend Valley Buffets has availability for our 9 inch or 12 inch grazing boxes for delivery either Saturday or Sunday.

Our 12 inch boxes serve 2 people well or up to 4 for nibbles. Our 9 inch boxes serve 1 person well and 2 for nibbles.

These boxes come freshly made and are great for evening guests, picnics and taking to events.

🥳Today has been full of birthday celebrations at Valley Buffets 🥳

First we set up one of our extra large grazing boards for beautiful Becca’s 18th celebrations. They also had our homemade sausage rolls and chicken satays as a cheeky extra.

Then onto another birthday, the lovely Rachel’s 30th garden party. Here we supplied a more traditional buffet with sausage rolls, samosas and sandwiches full to the brim with homemade fillings. They also had a selection of Canapés for people to enjoy whilst being served their favourite tipple at their garden bar.

Jo, Sophie and the rest of the Valley Buffets team wish them both many happy returns and a wonderful day.

Our very busy Bank Holiday weekend has got off to a great start with this colourful graze board! Our lovely customer also wanted homemade sausage rolls, and sandwiches deep filled with homemade fillings.
