Our homemade dough. Italian 00 Caputo flour, salt, yeast and water. We are finding a a 65 percent hydration gives the best combination of crunchy crust and Soft base.Simplicity at its best!

So we have made some serious upgrades to our pizzas this season...
Our dough is made with the best imported Italian Caputo "00" flour. Its high quality gluten content makes a light crispy crust and soft chewy base chewy base. Yum! .

We have made a couple of big improvements to our tacos this year. The halloumi is now breaded in in panko and deep fried for a lovely crunch which combines sublimely with our guacamole and chipotle chilli sauce
