Well what a week… the weather held off for a great BBQ Sunday at Lakedown Tap room and Friday we were making 8 different canapés. Next weekend a music festival and catering at a wedding. No wonder I don’t have time to post much!

Lovely day today at Fairwarp farmers market. The marmite and cheese sausage rolls went down a treat and, as always my sausages sold very well. Just one more event this year and then a well deserved holiday. Thank you to everyone for your support. ###

24hrs until we open for our Easter Gala we are excited. are you? Ticket office opens at 10am till 4pm each day. Your ticket gets you an Easter Egg Hunt (children only), arts/craft and unlimited train rides. All other stall are charged accordingly. The farm will be with us on the Saturday only. Really enjoyable morning at Fairwarp Farmers market selling my home reared pork sausages. It is a lovely social market with a delicious cafe and great variety of stalls, (and you can go for a walk on the Forest as well) thoroughly recommend!

Great day today serving burgers at to cook at home with broccoli and mandarin salad, fully loaded black bean salad and potato and egg salad… plus of course home made ketchups and bacon jam… yum yum
