The exciting new space Gather.at will be our home from 9am to 2pm with stalls, live music, hot food & drinks. Many of you know it as the Maternity wing of the Ludlow Community Hospital. As some may know, I retired from the farmers market on the 22nd of Dec, but started work again on the 23rd for the Wyre Pie Company. This pie is a thing of great beauty and incredibly generously Wyre Pie have honoured me with a Mr Williams's pork pie which is herbed to my original recipe. Its going into national competitions this year so fingers crossed.

Apparently, it's almost summer. Brighter days are just around the corner ☀️

We will be getting out and about with our MASSIVE paella pans this summer, cooking up everything from paellas (unsurprisingly) to curries and chillis.

As things finally start to reopen, it is time to get out and earn a shilling or two. Due to covid restrictions, we will be concentrating on outdoor functions.

These include:

- Selling our produce on Ludlow's local produce market
- Catering country fairs and festivals
- Paella & dinner parties
