We’ve had a customer who has paid with his card which went through as normal but the ammount is now showing as “pending” on his online account as well as showing completed. Nothing untoward is showing our end but we are obviously monitoring it. Please could everyone just check their own statements and if anything like this happens please let us know. We’re very grateful to the Gentleman bringing this to our attention we love receiving money but don’t expect anyone to pay twice 😊
