This isn’t something we’ve ever done before- but maybe something we need to be doing more of.

My son has a friend who’s family are going through a hell of a tough time.

Their 3yr old has been undergone an enormous surgery to remove a brain tumour and now must have radiotherapy.

The family could really do with help during this tough time so if any one feels like they can offer anything it would be greatly appreciated.

The last two months have been incredible.

At the beginning of the month I set myself the target of gaining a stone by Xmas, without significant fat gain)
Working around injuries this was always going to be hard- but so far it’s very much on track.
I grabbed some chains off Facebook market place too to help mix things up.
This morning has felt like a grind- so I’m now posting up some progress bits in an effort to put a foot up my arse to keep going.
