Another busy week has come to an end with a smashing order this morning. Once again listening to our clients needs and we have made lamb samosas, vegetable samosas and chicken samosas, vegetable spring rolls 🥕, caprese pasta salad 🥗, ceasar salad 🥗 and lots more❤️

🚨NEW MENU ITEM ALERT🚨

Please welcome the latest addition to our Roman Sourdough Sandwich lineup, the Smashed Avocado 🥑, Rocket 🍃 and Sliced Tomato 🍅 Sandwich.

Flexibility is something which we think is important when it comes to customers. That’s why when a customer recently asked me if I could provide an alternative Vegan 🌱 option, I gave them a few. They decided to go with this sandwich and the feedback was so good, we have decided to add it to the menu 😊

Everyone is different, everyone has different preferences and requirements and I have always said I don’t want anyone to go hungry just because they have an intolerance or they want something which is not on the menu.

This is why whenever a customer asks me for something specific, whatever the reason, I will do whatever I can to fulfil a customers request.

Recently we had the privilege of providing catering for the Postgraduate Medical Centre at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

We provided a wide range of items from sandwiches and pastries to salads, pastas and desserts.

The last pictures are close ups of our Greek pastry platters which include Tiropita, Spanakopita, Greek Sausage Rolls and a mixed platter.

Another busy week has come to an end with lots of orders from Open Arch, Acteon and many more. We did have a very special one on Friday though for the Warboys Preschool.

Since our little girl has been looked after by the wonderful staff for the last year and a half, we felt the least we could have done was provide lunch for the ladies on their last day.

We prepared a variety of sandwiches 🥪, savoury and sweet treats for them and received lovely compliments from all of them about the quality of the food. 👌

Once again we would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication in what they do. They truly are a great part of the Warboys community and are amazing at what they do.

Today I had the privilege to provide catering to the Forum in Hatfield for an end of year posts graduates event for students at Hatfield University, organised by the Students Union.

We provided a wide array of salads, pasta dishes, Italian flatbreads and our handmade Greek pastries with plenty of Vegan 🌱 options too!

We have recieved fantastic feedback so far and hope everyone enjoyed the food and the event 😊

Yesterday we had the pleasure in providing a number of platters for a meeting/event for Break Charity at the amazing FORA workspace in Cambridge.

Break are the charity behind the recent invasion of giraffes in Cambridge (raising over £140,000) and are a fantastic cause, working across East Anglia making lives better for young people on the edge of care, in care and leaving care.

So this weekend was a very special one for us. We managed to cater for our beautiful daughters 4th birthday 👑 Food for adults and children. The adults got a lovely spread of flatbread sandwiches 🥪 greek pastries, couscous salad 🥗 and falafel. The children got individual boxes with sandwich, crisps, yogurt, cheese, biscuits and sweets.🍭

The feedback was amazing from all of our guests.👍👍👍

Last week we had a last minute request - someone needed a small platter for around 5 people who had a number of allergens and requirements - NO GLUTEN 🌾 NO NUTS 🥜 & VEGAN 🌱

If you are similar to these people, you will know that it’s quite difficult finding someone to cater for or even simply finding food in the supermarket to meet these needs, however I feel it’s so important when providing catering that no one feels left out, or has to bring their own food.

This platter consisted of a number of quality products including our 🆕 Low Gluten, Vegan Ciabatta rolls filled with our popular Houmous and Grilled Mediterranean Peppers 👌
I loved these so much I have even created a whole platter option for these rolls to cater up to 10 people.

If anyone needs any specific requirements, no request is too much to ask and I will try my best to fulfil all your needs. So please reach out if you have any upcoming events which need catering for 🤙

*Please note all allergens are handled in our kitchen so we cannot completely avoid and declare any product FREE FROM, however we have systems in place to ensure the risk of cross contamination is minimal.

Yesterday we had the privilege to provide sandwiches for a very good friend’s 40th birthday & his son’s 3rd birthday party at the beautiful Session House in Spalding 😍

Happy birthday Andy and Marley, hope you both enjoyed the day, seeing all your friends & family and of course, the sandwiches 😉
Well done Kym for organising everything and thank you again for choosing us for your sandwiches.

We had a special request, for an additional plain chicken sandwich which we were obviously happy to do however I wanted to add a little bit extra to it. I liked it so much I am considering adding it to the menu permanently!

And the star of the show ⭐️ our delicious light and crispy Italian Roman 🇮🇹 sourdough sandwiches. 🥪

Todays order was a special request, usually there is a choice of 1 or 2 fillings but this particilar customer requested an additional option as this was for a small meeting.

👋 Hands up if you have a GLUTEN or MILK intolerance.

For anyone who does, it usually means the Gluten or Dairy Free food you have to put up with doesn’t particularly taste very nice and the options available are limited.

So imagine you are at an event or party and not having anything to eat, or the food not being nice - this means you have to go without or bring your own.

Well now this doesn’t have to be a worry for you or your guests.

I recently had a customer that had to cater for an individual at their event and they told me “do not worry, they will be happy to bring their own lunch” and to me this didn’t seem fair. So I adapted what I offer to provide a solution for them and they were super happy 😊

We use a fantastic quality gluten free bread for our low gluten sandwiches however on this occasion the customer could not have any form of bread even gluten free.

On top of that, we offer desserts which are low gluten and/or low dairy which are better than the standard products you can get. I am morning when I say these are the best chocolate brownies I have ever eaten and you can order them too!
