What a wonderful time meeting up with so many people having lots of chats and catch ups. We had all been waiting for this weekend and what a weekend to remember ! A little 45 minute demonstration on day 1 of the show, standing room only truly memorable. With a little surprise my design from the flower arranger featured on the back of the program, and promotional information feeling lucky and privileged! Total surprise a big thank you ! Without knowing I recreated the design at the demonstration.
A huge responsibility putting on a show and it was worth it.

A visit to the show what an amazing show! So well executed a huge thank you to everyone involved, the designs are all truly spectacular. A very busy 2 days with so so many people enjoying the beauty of flowers. what a fantastic backdrop for a spectacular event.

We are clocking off now until the new year, thank you to everyone who has supported me and my little business over 2022, it’s been a rollercoaster of a year, finishing with an extremely busy Christmas period. Now to spend with my family, time to chill, relax and recharge ready for 2023.

As a floral designer you often are asked what is your favourite flower. It’s simple I love all flowers and some more than others. I love a orchids, especially in a demonstration they have that WOW factor and your audience just love them! The vanda orchid is a long lasting orchid and you can even use it as a garnish with your salad as they are an edible flower! Who would have thought it!

Happy jubilee weekend, I was over in Hayton near York I had been asked by to create an exhibit for the Jubilee flower festival, my title was Ireland, any guesses as to my idea for the design, a lovely gent who was helping out with everything guessed it straight away, which made my day !
