Last week I had a pleasure to cater for a week for Prue and her guests - here in Scotland.
As always, I have used great local produce from Connage Highland Dairy, Wester Hardmuir Fruit Farm, Wester Ross Salmon, Simpson Game Ltd, John M Munro.
It feels great to get compliments from professional chef who really enjoyed my food :)

"What a special evening you created for us all on Saturday! Over our many collective years, we have been to many places and done many things between us but none of us had ever experienced the delights of a private chef preparing dinner. I admit I felt quite anxious about arranging it all but as soon as you appeared, transformed yourself into our very own chef for the evening and set about your prep, filling the house with the delicious aroma of those prawns frying, I reckoned we were onto a winner. And my goodness, what a beautiful meal you prepared for us. From the first tastes from the exquisite platters of canapes ( the pear/parma ham/balsamic ones were particularly delicious) all the way through to the last mouthfuls of the desserts, everything was just perfect - and all served up with professionalism and good humour not to mention a few photographic skills into the bargain!! The kitchen was so clean and tidy before you left too. Thank you.

It's that time of the year when we should aim to eat more minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
Spice-roasted pumpkin & honey soup (creamed, topped up with Austrian pumpkin seeds, coconut milk & chilli flakes) is one of my favourites.

It's going to be our last weekend!!! (well, at least for a while).

Easing restrictions and nice weather means that many of you are for sure looking forward to enjoy meals al fresco, while we are planning to transition back to our original business - personal chef and catering service on site.

We can's thank you enough for all your support during this lockdown - to both - our regular clients who were booking with us since 2010, as well as all new clients we had pleasure to serve.

We will look into meal delivery options again next winter season. Until then, we are looking forward to providing dining solutions for dinner parties, fishing & shooting parties, small weddings and other celebrations and gatherings (subject to restrictions).
