🧘🏼‍♀️ New Instructor joins KGS Sports Centre team 🧘🏼‍♂️

We welcome Ellen Eunson to the KGS Sports Centre team. Ellen is an advanced yoga teacher (500 hour RYT, Yoga Alliance Professionals UK), and she is looking forward to sharing her practice with Orkney.
"I moved here last year with my husband, who is loving being back home. I teach a variety of styles, adapting to suit my students, but always focusing on the connection between mind and body, combining poses, breath work and relaxation."

Ellen's Yoga class will be on Tuesdays at 8pm, with her first classes on 12 & 19 December, before being added as regular slot on the timetable in the new year.

Lots going on at KGS Sports Centre this weekend!
🏋The gym will be open 0930-1600 on Saturday, and 1000-1500 on Sunday.
💥Fatburn Extreme will be in the Gym Hall at 0930.
🛍The Craftastic Christmas Fair is taking place on Saturday and Sunday (a great chance to start kickstart your Christmas shopping).
⚽️Orkney Football Club V Alness United FC kicks off on the 3G at 1230.

Please note that due to Fatburn Extreme returning on a Saturday at 0930, Coach by Color will now be starting at 1030.

From Saturday 9 September Fatburn Extreme will returning to it's 0930 slot on a Saturday morning. This will mean that Saturday morning Coach by Color® will revert back to it original 1030 slot from 9 September.
