I just wanted to say hello to all my customers old and new and to say thank you for supporting me. As everyone knows the prices of everyday items have gone up massively and therefore I have to put my prices up to cover my costs which I hope you will understand. Watching Glastonbury festival on tv this weekend has given me inspiration to go in to our garden and pick some gorgeous happy flowers and herbs and bring the outside in to our home. 💐🪷🥀🌺🪻🌸💐🪷💐. I used some individual upcycled glass bottles to create a very wild display on a handcrafted wooden chopping board which has added so much interest, colour and makes our kitchen smell amazing 💐🪷🪻🌺🌸💐🪷🪻🌺🌸💐🪷🪻🌺🌸💐. Just thought I would say Hello and to show me doing what I absolutely love and that is Floristry. For those of you that don’t know me yet then please let me introduce myself to you. My name is Eiry Elizabeth Phillips originally lived in Burry port with my parents and brother and now live with my boyfriend of 20 years in Llanelli. I am a fully qualified florist (NVQ Level 2) and have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of floristry. I have throughout the years worked in florist shops across Swansea and Llanelli which allowed me to see the day to day life of being a florist, gain experience, fall in love with flowers and make some lovely fellow florist friends along the way. Just a few years ago I was unexpectedly made redundant which obviously caused me a huge amount of worry and stress as to what my future would hold for me next.
One day luck was finally on my side again and I received a grant which allowed me to upskill in the amazing taught by this proved to be the turning point I so needed and really built my confidence up again and also helped me to decide to start up on my own. I decided on the name Lilibet florist as my middle name is Elizabeth and it was also my grandmother’s and Aunties names which obviously means a lot to me. It has now been over a year since I started Lilibet and thanks to you my lovely customers i get to do what I love doing on a daily basis and that means the world to me. A gift from Me to Me 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼. I’m so lucky to have a lovely part time job at a gorgeous gift shop Trostre that fits in perfectly with all the floristry orders that you my lovely customers ask me to create for you. As soon as I saw this quirky vase in the shop I knew I had to purchase it for our home as it was so unusual and knew that I would love creating arrangements in it for us to enjoy. I created this arrangement by using chicken wire in the vase which is kind to the environment and means I can reuse it over and over again which is just perfect as I just love the vase so much and can’t wait to make another arrangement for us to enjoy in it soon 🌼🌼🌼. 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
