The company was founded in 1989 by Guy Rodger and Mike Kershaw and began life in a tiny office in Battersea. Since then, through a combination of good ideas, good people and good luck, it has grown into a formidable events business with an experienced team of over 20 event designers and managers and an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. The company is now run by Stephen Lawrence, MD, and an experienced Senior Management team.

It's another busy few days for the UE team! This week we are returning to in preparation for our busy summer season of events. At the helm is Laura Guild - She is fastidious with a knowledge and experience of the venue that is second to none (this will be her fourth season at Old Billingsgate) - there really is no better person for the job!

We are heading into another summer season at City Central at the HAC but this year feels particularly special to the Ultimate Experience team.

Summer 2024 will be our 15th anniversary since returning to this iconic location to deliver this amazing project and our clients exceptional events - not forgetting that we were the first operators to be awarded this contract back in the 90’s – when it had a very different look!

We are so proud and privileged to be able to do what we do best, year in and year out, in such an incredible space. Here's to 15 years and many more to come!

Project Manager, Jake Paris is in the midst of 13 straight days of build at City Central at the HAC ready to kick off the Ultimate Experience summer season.

Jake has become an invaluable asset to the UE team. Without his attention to detail and 'can do' attitude, our summer season wouldn't be the success that it is today.

We are on the lookout for an outstanding site manager to join our City Central at the HAC team for our busy 2023 summer season!

This role will involve the day-to-day management of the site and suppliers as well as supporting our events team in the preparation for the daily events.

This role starts late May until mid-July. There is also an opportunity to re-join us for our busy winter season from late October until Christmas.

From June to mid-September, The Glass Rooms will offer a unique and intimate setting alongside the floral spectacular ‘Superbloom’ at the Tower of London

We are delighted to announce our new exclusive summer venue tenancy at The Reveller, Tower of London!

Set on the stunning cobbled Wharf, nestled under the Tower Bridges arches, this contemporary building offers a versatile, accessible space for a variety of events. Guests will be able to enjoy exclusive use of the private terrace with unrivalled views overlooking the iconic London skyline and the River Thames. Inside the venue, the old Victorian stone of the Tower Bridge wall meets a space flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Ultimate Experience will be operating the venue between the 6th June until the 18th September 2022 with catering provided by partner, Create.
