Our second Cookery, Nutrition and Yoga day went down a treat.
The guests were welcomed with a mediation session to calm after the drive 🚗
Followed by a fascinating talk about gut health and how gut health also can affect mental health.
A short break and then we were joined by Kirsty Brooks from little batch talking about the health benefits of a selection of foraged syrups. Our customers made their own wild syrup mocktails.🍸
Making no bake granola followed by Poke bowls.
Everyone went free range and designed their own from an array of ingredients.🥗
Lunch was followed by a talk about blood sugars and how to combat fluctuations.
The day finished with a relaxing yoga session in the garden..
What a wonderful day ❤️
