Refunds

A full refund will be given only if we for any reason have to cancel an event

Exchanges

Don't suffer from seat envy if you see seats you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event let us know and just pay the difference, if any. We can not exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away. Some venues will have a "no refund or exchange " policy. Canceled Events

We will call or email you and issue a refund, including all fees. We will also offer you the chance to exchange your tickets to the next event with a free upgrade. As there are limited higher grade tickets available to each event we will give you the option to upgrade to any of the upcoming events at said venue. Exceptions to the Refund And Exchange Policy include resale and auctioned tickets, tickets perches end with additional items or bundled products. We would just like to say a massive Thank You to everyone who joined us on Saturday Evening, what an emotional but lovely evening it really was

Thank you to our amazing Clairvoyant team, to Dannii and Thomas for running the night. To the bar staff and of course to yourselves who we could not do these nights without.
