I like to work closely with my clients, so that I can develop a style that suits the customers needs. Materials often vary, but I pride myself on being very versatile and can adapt to many a challenging requirement, providing straight forward prices and an ability to work within a number of budgets. Rinkidoo also provides educational workshops in various crafts including, leather work, printing t

echniques, corset making, sewing and embellishments and teaches classes at Crisis Skylight in Newcastle, various community projects and at my work space at Gibside.

Whilst our Rockin’ Robins have been totally remade by the talented Naomi Daley at Rinkidoo and can’t wait to shake their fancy new feathers.

Been making a new skin for this beast again.
Lots of stripes sewn onto velvet was a big challenge this time. (zigzag machine isn't grafting). Originally I would just draw on stripes with fabric markers and seal with heat, however cleaning methods were making the stripes smudge and they were becoming less bold..
I would have liked to have spent a bit more time on him and there are things I would change but he looks happy enough.
He's been delivered to Seven Stories and will be embarking on a national tour around some of the National Trusts houses.
