We're so excited today to kick-start our brand new event with The Fitness Co-operative on Saturday 12th June - a 12-hour Fitness Extravaganza! 12 hours of inspiring, challenging, calming and informative exercise classes and workshops, led by a host of extremely talented trainers and experts in health, wellbeing and nutrition!

Starting the day at 6am with a Beach Boot Camp live from Brisbane, Australia, the day includes high-octane classes like Combat and Cardio, calming sessions of Vinyasa Yoga and Body Gratitude, plus Late Lunch - the opportunity to make a healthy and nutritious lunch with Vicky of Wheatberry!

The Fitness Co-operative are delivering this fantastic day for us to raise vital funds to support our work in mental health and wellbeing services for young people, which we do via sports and other physical activities. Our aim is to provide support and opportunities for young people with, or at risk of developing mental illness, to help them identify and achieve personal goals.

We want as many people as possible to buy a ticket to this amazing event! Buy a Day Pass for all day access (£20), or if you really want a challenge, raise £100 in sponsorship and we’ll give you a Free Pass!

Fabulous food from new local business on the Quayside!

HOT SPOT - Khai Khai is located on a site previously occupied by Vujon, an Indian restaurant that served the local community for more than 30 years.

We are proud to be following in the footsteps of a local favourite whilst introducing flavours and an experience that will test preconceptions and challenge diners to rethink Indian food.
