While Dean was working hard in the kitchen i took on the job of picking some edible wild flowers for the upcoming wedding dishes. Walking in the sunshine in the countryside picking flowers is a definite perk of the job. 3 cornered leek flowers look amazing and taste just as good as they look.

It was great to be able to work with Chris again and producesome amazing food together using some great ingredients, the Kobi beef for the beef carpaccio with smoked pumpkin was great but one of my favourites was the burrata fried tortellini with tomato sorbet!
