Someone collected for another caterer and took mine in error… they will be returned later. Thank you guys for your offers, muchly appreciated ###x

When I do my menu 3 I always like to make it look special and today I’m gutted as everything all but 3 trays borrowed by the family (returned) was removed from The Ambleside Sports & Social clubs kitchen. As a small business and one of the most competitive caterers I feel saddened that someone as taken all my beautiful accessories collected over several years 😢

Had a lovely visit to Hargreaves canal boat delivering a quaint little buffet for 12 people again who were off on the Atherstone trip. Lovely crew members who are professional and always happy to help.

As a home caterer I felt honoured to be asked by NBBC to have a food hygiene mock inspection for a colleague in his training. Hence to say it went well and the gentleman in question was very thorough and will be an asset to the council to help us all keep safe from food establishments.
