Hi Guys.

I have been making some lasagnes tonight for some orders and have made some extras. Slow cooked beef ragu layered with fresh egg pasta and a creamy bechamel sauce topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

In response to the amazing feedback regarding Christmas Lunch last year, we will be doing them again this year.
All meals will be made fresh and delivered on Christmas Eve to put in your fridge to be simply reheated on Christmas day no fuss.
We will be doing:

Homemade Potato & Leek Soup with Crusty Roll and Butter £4.00.
Duck Liver Pate, served with Green Salad, Caramelised Onion Chutney & Toast £ 4.50

Roast Christmas Dinner consisting of:
Both Roast Turkey Breast & Honey Roast Gammon, Broccoli, Carrots, Sprouts, Honey Roast Parsnips, Buttery Mashed Potato and Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, Pigs in Blankets & Stuffing. Served separately will be Large Yorkshire Puddings, Cranberry Sauce & Gravy.

Price: £20 Regular Size or £25 Large Size (includes extra meat, Vegetables & Yorkshire Pudding)

NEXT WEEK`S SPECIALS
Hi Guys

Due to increased costs of both energy and ingredients, I have had to restructure how we run our business. To pass on these costs through price increases would be totally unviable for our customers, as such we have decided to cease our mid-week specials and just focus on our weekends.

We have seen a huge spike in functions at weekend and currently, we are almost fully booked until November and with commitments beyond through to 2024.

By stopping mid-week, hopefully we will see a dramatic reduction in costs of energy.

I will still be happy to take specific orders as we have always done and as usual, we will always make extras and sell them as our ad hoc specials. The only change is that we will require plenty of notice and deliveries will be in the evening rather than during the day.

Sunday lunches will be advertised as and when we are able, dependent on function commitments.
