Tonight we did a 50th 🥳 birthday 🎉 party with food, 4 x mini bowls of:- sausage, mash and onion gravy, chilli con carné with rice, tortilla chips and chive sour cream, red Thai noodle curry, and Moroccan vegetable tagine with jewelled cous cous. , also a big thank you to Lancashire Vintage China Hire who are 100% reliable and offer great service.

A few pics from our “A taste of France” menu served at lunchtime today for 30 priest’s. Chicken liver pâté, with artisan bread, beef bourguignon with Dauphinois potatoes and green beans, cheese course, chocolate mousse with homemade shortbread and chocolate and raspberry truffles to finish.

Tomorrow is ready meals cooking day, meal choices are:-
- Devonshire Chicken with New Potatoes
- Pork Casserole with Mashed Potato
- Cheese, Onion and Potato Pie

Just received an and what a nice surprise to find it busting with a lovely fresh selection of produce that has been rescued from growers and in doing so I’ve saved 949litres of water and 14kg of CO2, unbelievable. Now let’s think what I will be making today!
